Mr. Euracklyn Williams was appointed Director, Administration and Finance Department on July 1, 2010 and assumed duties on September 1, 2010.
He is a Sierra Leonean, born on September 19, 1960. He holds a bachelors degree with Honours in Economics from Fourah Bay College,
University of Sierra Leone and a Master’s Degree in Financial Management and Control from Aston University (UK). He also holds a Certificate in Accounting (AAT)
Uk and a Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone. Until his appointment, Mr.
Williams was acting Director, Accounts and Budget Department, Bank of Sierra Leone.
He joined the Bank of Sierra Leone in March, 1990 and has attended several courses in Financial Management and Accounting.
He has also served in several financial committees of Financial Institutions and Parastatals in Sierra Leone.
He is married with two children.
